Ideal, fantastic hotel, there's nice pool and location is stunning in a quiet residential neighborhood. The breakfast is good with fresh fruits and eggs at own taste, as example, and the service is excellent.

The room was extremely pleasant and reasonably large and had an amazing view over the skyline. I thoroughly enjoyed that there were a wide range of facilities in the room such as: a living area, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette. The venue was in a central location just next door to Paulista and all the restaurants and shops❤

food was fine, staff was extremely friendly. spotless and modern rooms with decent views particularly at sunrise.

I had a surprisingly good stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from Paulista Av. This means that although you're close to all the action, the hotel itself is on a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the rooms are spacious and clean, with great views of the city. I especially loved the kitchenette and the very nice bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a range of options to start the day off right.

No major complaints, everything was just fine.

The hotel is perfectly located near Paulista avenue, in a clean and relatively safe district. What impressed us first is the building itself, which is quite high and luxury-looking; however, on the inside the hotel was older than it seemed. The room was good, although at the corners, roof etc. it required some renovations. The bed was really comfortable, a/c was quite and effective. Wi-Fi was not working as it should (system didn't accept the password), but we were given a general login that worked fine. Buffet breakfast was nice.

The breakfast area is located just near the main elevator, so people with their not-so-clean bags are always passing by. While we were totally satisfied with the Booked.net price that we paid, the room rates indicated at the counter were more suitable for a real 5-star luxury hotel.

I had a double luxury room. It had wooden floor, something I consider a plus compared to the usual old and dusty carpet floors.

The place has particularly good location close to the metro. The rooms are good sized and the bathrooms are reasonably large. It has very helpful staff and nice views...

Cheap mattresses, low comfort level, small rooms. No service at curb to help with luggages...you are on your own to climb the 25 steps to the hotel entrance.....

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this mid-range hotel. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to Avenida Paulista and surrounded by great Italian restaurants. The quiet residential neighborhood was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room itself was well-equipped with a microwave and stovetop. The service was friendly and breakfast had plenty of selection.

The view from the higher floors was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic view of the city that was breathtaking. the location was perfect, being just a short distance away from the bustling city center and within walking distance of important attractions. It was so convenient to explore the city from this hotel.

One major downside of this hotel was the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms. The showers were not well-maintained and in need of repairs.

We had a fantastic stay at The Universe Paulista by Intercity. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from Av. Paulista with its vibrant shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, even though they showed some wear and tear. The free breakfast had a wide variety of fresh fruits and freshly baked breads and cakes. The housekeeping staff were friendly, cheerful, and professional. The hotel also offered a convenient airport shuttle service. we highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and friendly service.
